2. The service

Gadaou.AI provides an online learning platform for web development and related digital skills. Courses may include video lessons, PDF attachments, previews, a course catalog, shopping cart, and a personal dashboard to track progress. We may add, update, or retire courses and features at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Email verification is required before you can use the cart, dashboard, or paid lesson player.
• You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access paid content through your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and pricing

• Course prices are displayed in the catalog and at checkout in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
• Payment is processed by Stripe when enabled. Completing checkout creates an order and enrolls you in the purchased course(s).
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable in your jurisdiction.
• We may correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
• Promotional or manual enrollments granted by our team are subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Refunds (7-day window only)

Because our products are digital courses with immediate access, refunds are limited as follows:

• You may request a refund only within 7 (seven) calendar days of the date your purchase is completed (Stripe checkout completion or order recorded in our system).
• To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp (+20 10 55050411) or the phone numbers listed on our site with your account email, course name, and reason for the request.
• Approved refunds for Stripe payments will be returned to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• After 7 days from purchase completion, no refunds are offered for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, partial course completion, dissatisfaction with content, failure to use the course, or technical issues not reported within the 7-day period.
• No refunds apply to free access, promotional grants, manual admin enrollments, or test/dev checkout flows.
• We may refuse refunds if we detect terms violations (account sharing, downloading or redistributing materials, chargeback abuse, or fraud).
• Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, you must contact us to resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account termination.

6. Course access and license

• Upon successful purchase and enrollment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning while the Platform remains available.
• Access is tied to your account and is not sublicensable.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may occur.
• If the Platform is discontinued, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where practicable.

7. Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course videos, PDFs, or other materials except as expressly allowed for personal offline study where we provide download features.
• Share your account or sell access to any course.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical access controls on the player or APIs.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, harassing, or disruptive purposes.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, software, and Platform design are owned by Gadaou.AI or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

• Courses are for educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee employment, income, certification recognition, or specific outcomes.
• Content may be updated; lesson order or materials may change.
• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gadaou.AI and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, abuse refunds, or harm other users or the Platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Disputes

If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If we cannot resolve the matter within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in courts of competent jurisdiction where the operator of Gadaou.AI is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

14. General

• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Gadaou.AI regarding the Platform.
