Refund and Cancellation Policy

2. Consumer rights in Egypt

We comply with applicable consumer protection requirements in Egypt, including the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018) and relevant e-commerce rules for distance contracts.

For digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that access begins upon enrollment. By completing your purchase and accessing the course, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product, which may affect withdrawal rights for digital goods under applicable law once access has begun.

3. Seven-day refund window

• You may request a full refund only within 7 (seven) calendar days of the date your purchase is completed (Stripe checkout completion or the order recorded in our system).
• The 7-day period begins on the purchase completion date, not the date you first log in or view lessons.
• After 7 days from purchase completion, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us with the following information:

• Your registered account email address.
• The course name and purchase date.
• A brief reason for your refund request.
• Any relevant order or payment reference, if available.

5. Refund processing

• Approved refunds for payments processed through Stripe are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refund processing by your bank or card issuer may take 5–14 business days after we initiate the refund.
• We will notify you by email once a refund has been approved and processed on our end.
• Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction where technically possible.

6. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Requests made more than 7 calendar days after purchase completion.
• Change of mind, partial course completion, or dissatisfaction after substantial use of the content.
• Failure to use the course or failure to report technical access issues within the 7-day window.
• Free access, promotional grants, manual admin enrollments, or test/development checkout flows.
• Terms violations including account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of course materials, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Account termination for cause under our Terms and Conditions.

7. Cancellations

Gadaou.AI courses are sold as one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. There are no automatic renewals to cancel.

Removing a course from your cart before checkout does not require cancellation. Deleting your account is separate from a refund request; account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior purchases.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at admin@gadaou.ai before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues in good faith.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and loss of course access.

9. Partial refunds

We do not generally offer partial refunds for digital course access once enrollment has been granted. Refund decisions within the 7-day window are made on an all-or-nothing basis for the specific course purchased.
